You don’t need to know about games or gaming to research clues either: the web is a trove of information about things we don’t know about. — and, as I said, more heads are better than one (try working as a team).
And the fact that you guessed there might be an element thereof to the clue might not be entirely wide of the mark either (unless it’s a red herring of course 😜)
