This has long since been debunked.
Quite apart from the fact that Ekman's 'findings' were suspect to start with (not least his withholding certain of them) ... and the fact that they supposedly occur so fast as to be on, if not even below, the threshold of subliminal perception ... there is no evidence that their apprehension can be learned.
It takes seconds to find this all out with a simple websearch: do a search on "no evidence for microexpressions" and you'll find plenty of discussion about it.

Pop Psychology is a scourge ... please don't make it worse with articles like this.
