They don’t even need a photo, just some DNA …

Of course, it could just be a false positive … in which case, you’re out of luck, I’m afraid …

But, on the plus side, that false positive could end up linking your DNA and your face to someone else’s data … muddying the waters and leaving someone else to take the blame for your crimes — a Tuttle/Buttle moment of sorts (C.f. Terry Gilliam’s Brazil).

Although, that could happen the other way around as well, with you taking the wrap for someone else’s misdeeds — so balance will be maintained and it’s probably best to be phlegmatic about it really: someone else wins some, you lose some, it’s all about karmic balance (or something like that anyway).
