There are already commercial models available and expected to go into 'mass' production in the very near future.

The problem is that they aren't the Jetsons model as fantasised about since the 1950s, but fixed-wing .... meaning that (despite their VTOL capabilities) they're not actually cars at all, but planes just like any other — you won't be driving along the road in them.
