I feel I should clarify at this stage in the proceedings that I can neither confirm nor deny that rumours concerning a link between the expansion of Paris Gare du Nord and ̶a̶l̶l̶e̶g̶e̶d̶ international ̶c̶r̶i̶m̶i̶n̶a̶l̶ ̶m̶a̶s̶t̶e̶r̶m̶i̶n̶d̶ man of mystery, Stephen M. Tomic, were started by me.
However … it doesn’t sound altogether unlike something I might do, does it?
