Yes, I am interested in ̶l̶o̶n̶g̶-̶d̶i̶s̶t̶a̶n̶c̶e̶ ̶s̶a̶v̶i̶n̶g̶s an active ADAT/Toslink splitter/repeater … veeeeery interested.‎

It’d solve the problem, described here, of the AD/DA I/O interface not routing the analogue inputs to the outputs: route the analogue ins to the ADAT Out as usual, mirror the Out to the In … and the job’s a good’un.

And I’d be able to sling an external hard disk recorder onto the I/O interface and eliminate read/write contention on the playback drive during mixdown, when using the outboard chain … veeeeery interesting.
