Moreover, I'm not even a US citizen ... so, even if I were, it still wouldn't pertain to US law.
But ... if my understanding of this is correct then some US citizens might not necessarily have that right limited, if the applicable state laws stipulate otherwise — naturally, I couldn't say whether there is a state in which that is the case ... but it's been interesting exploring the issue as far as I have.
I think that, in any event, any reasonable society would examine the issue from the moral perspective before deciding upon the limits of the freedom to do so, however: rather than a blanket 'Ye' or 'Nay' the intent and circumstances would be considered before a determination were made in an individual case that resulted in a negative outcome (loss of life or business, malicious property damage, etc.).
