Man, I told you … you have to slog your way through the first four or five ¹, but from Wyrd Sisters on (with the exception of Eric and The Last Hero), they’re absolutely unputownable — although Pyramids is a standalone story and you could skip it without missing anything other than a fun story (it doesn’t tie in with the rest of them in any meaningful way).

if you’re struggling that much then just read Equal Rites, Mort, Wyrd Sisters, Guards! Guards! and everything from Moving Pictures on.

You owe it to your daughter — you can’t call yourself a witch and not have read Pratchett … nor can you call yourself a good role model for girls and young women, if you don’t ² … what kind of mother are you!?
